1. I am a new customer, but my withdrawal is not available.

As a new customer, if a withdrawal method isn’t available, it’s usually because the verification process hasn’t been completed yet. This requirement also applies to other Parimatch withdrawal issues. To verify your account successfully, please follow the steps below.

Primary Parimatch Verification:

Primary verification is a straightforward process that every customer can complete. You’ll need a few documents, mainly your Aadhaar card, and make sure the mobile number linked to it is active and accessible.

  • Navigate to your account settings and select “Personal Data.”
  • Proceed to “Account Confirmation.”
  • Click on “Aadhaar Card Verification.”
  • Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar card number.
  • Input the verification code sent to the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar card.

Your account will be verified shortly after completing these steps.

Requested Parimatch Verification:

This verification is required for customers who created an account but have not used it for a long time. Its purpose is to maintain account quality. Along with the documents needed for Primary verification, you may be asked to provide additional documents.

  • For requested verification, you need to contact Parimatch support.
  • Provide your email address for verification purposes.
  • Hold your Aadhaar card and take a selfie with the email address written on it.
  • Attach this selfie and share it with Parimatch customer service.
  • Your account will undergo verification promptly upon completion of these steps.

Once your Parimatch ID is verified, you’ll be able to withdraw your winnings.

2. What is ID document in Parimatch?

In Parimatch, your Aadhaar card serves as your ID document for account verification. For primary verification, you only need your Aadhaar card and the mobile number linked to it. Make sure this number is active so you can receive the verification code.

For requested verification, you’ll need your Aadhaar card and an active email address, and you may also be asked to provide additional documents.

3. I uploaded all the required documents. How do I know that my documents are approved and my account is verified?

Verification time may vary, as several procedures are involved. Our documents department will review your submissions, and if everything is in order, your account will be verified as quickly as possible.

4. I have Parimatch account verification problem — what to do?

First, please note that reviewing your documents takes some time. To check the status of your request, go to Personal Data → Account Confirmation. On average, the verification process takes less than 24 hours. If you experience any issues with verification, don’t hesitate to contact our support team.

5. How long will take to verify my account?

This process is handled individually for each account and usually takes no more than 24 hours if all required documents are submitted in good quality.

Each betting account is verified separately, so processing times may vary. Please be patient while our documents department reviews your information and approves your account.

6. My documents have been approved, but I still cannot withdraw money.

There are a few reasons for this situation:

  1. You might have an active welcome bonus.
  2. You might have used a withdrawal method different from the one you used to deposit funds.
  3. You did not use at least 70% of each of your deposits.

1. How to deposit on Parimatch?

3. I have made a deposit to my Parimatch account but the money is not displayed on my balance. The amount was also debited from my bank account/e-wallet.

Please contact Parimatch customer support in India and clearly specify the payment method you used to make your deposit. Let us know whether it was via Perfect Money, debit card, net banking, Astropay, Skrill, Neteller, UPI, PhonePe, IMPS, or cryptocurrency.

Additionally, please provide a screenshot of the transaction showing the amount, date, and time.

4. My deposit is unsuccessful, will I get a refund?

The time it takes for deposits to be credited depends on the payment method you choose with Parimatch. Deposits made via debit card or net banking may take up to 5 hours to appear in your account. E-wallets such as Astropay, Skrill, and Neteller are usually processed instantly. Perfect Money transfers typically take around 1 hour, while UPI deposits are credited in about 1.5 hours. Payments made through PhonePe, IMPS, or cryptocurrency are usually credited within 10 minutes.

If your Parimatch deposit shows as pending, please allow some time for our team to resolve it. If a deposit fails to process, you may need to wait up to 14 working days. During this period, the funds will either be credited to your Parimatch account or returned to your payment method.

5. I have made a deposit with Paytm, but I cannot activate my payment transaction ID.

6. I am trying to make a deposit, but the selected payment system is not available / an error is displayed.
